My Process

  • I choose to work with clients who are committed to being held accountable, showing up 100% for each session, and are willing to break out of their comfort zone and try new things!
  • For example, how does broccoli tempura sound? Don’t like broccoli? I get it, once we get to know each other you may think I can read your mind!
  • We begin by taking an overview of your life and health and identify areas that need immediate action and/or attention and what will take time.
  • I will assist you in establishing clear, concrete, measurable goals and support you in connecting to your own inner wisdom. You are capable of optimal health so much more than you know or are currently experiencing. And there are those who are already there and want to maintain their optimal health and/or go to the next level!
  • Whether you have a specific goal or are seeking general guidance, our relationship will evolve in a way that best supports you. I hold you accountable to a plan that is manageable and is personalized for you because I do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach when it comes to consulting. While I cannot do everything for you and solve all of your problems, I can consult and guide you to the best who possibly can if I cannot.
  • Consulting sessions are conducted by video conference, phone or in person if you live in the Los Angeles area. A minimum six-month commitment is a prerequisite to become a new client given relationships with my clients are intimate, honest, and rewarding. I listen with understanding and 100% confidentiality.
